Due to issues with the vendor's software update, we have decided to retreat from the changeover for now while we wait for the issues to be resolved on the new server. We have restarted the original SPRINT server which is once again running well. All Email should be flowing normally again. If you are experiencing delays or need any further information please contact the help desk.
Our mail server SPRINT will be shut down this Sunday 02 November for the purpose of urgent server upgrade. At the same time, we will be upgrading the FTGate Email software to the latest version (7.0) which adds features to the service for you. The upgrade will take at least 8 hours - potentially more, as we have to move more than 200 Gigabytes of Email data to the new server.
Please be patient while the server is down.
If you are using any of our other TGIS mail servers (TAY, SPEY, BOURNE, MAIL), this service outage does not apply to you and may be safely ignored. To check which mail server you are using, please look at your account settings under "incoming" and "outgoing" mail server.
