Welcome to TGIS support. Our Helpdesk operates on a "live" basis from 09:00 to 21:00 Monday to Friday. At all other times we operate on a business-critical basis, using monitored voicemail. Although there are people around, we reserve the times outside normal business hours to perform necessary maintenance on servers, processes and data security. However, should you need help during these hours, you should leave a voicemail and someone will come back to you as soon as possible thereafter. The helpdesk is available on +44 (0)1344 641627.
